It shouldnt take that long, NO MATTER HOW MANY MODS YOU HAVE. I have over 20 gb on CC and my game takes seconds literally to load. Probably 8-10 seconds to the title screen, and other 8-10 to the game itself. Of course im using a SSD that is a huge difference in front of a regular hdd.
