To me that should be base game content, lifetime crisis and canes for elders as well. These are lifestate features for human Sims. It what the base game should deliver.
Even though I miss them and would love them in my game I still won't buy the pack because EA speaks with money and if they don't see it coming they might realize the fans want more. Buying is giving up and accepting less.
