personally I don't see the need for a farming pack. I know for many its an excuse to have a contextual reason to introduce horses into the game and I understand that, I was a bit bummed when the 'pets' pack turned out to only be cats and dogs and the hamsters became a separate pack.
but like realistically the gardening skill in sims 4 is so extensive that you can just...make a farm on your house lot? build a farm looking house, dedicate a big portion of the lot for harvestables, use terrain tool to make it look more believable and boom, you got a farm
