I'm currently doing a rags-to-riches storyline and my sim has been living on an OtG lot since moving to Henford-on-Bagley (since creation). I've been slowly working up to more OtG appliances and "furnishings" to do most homey things on lot... and then the bills arrived. i'm playing OtG so how am i paying $200+ on water this bill? I understand paying lot taxes, but I'm not supposed to be able to use electricity or water that I didn't create myself.
Yes, I have every single pack. No, I turned off all mod since newest pack/update. I have tried turning off the OtG and turning it back on and nothing changes it. (Newest update seems to have broken a few different things since I also have a rooster chick that won't grow.)
