Why is my sim walking like this !?

I've had a teen come home sad, embarrassed and angry. She seemed to do the draggin-feet slow walk with every occasion, as far as I can remember. I usually just roll my eyes and send them to the mirror or out for a jog or something, then concentrating on other sims in the house.
