After removing CC temporarily, if you haven't yet tried turning the lights off in that room, you might. If it stops, something is happening with lighting in that particular room. Maybe delete all lights and start over, checking after each one?
If it doesn't stop when turning lights off, it may be the windows, or an archway in just that room. Archways in particular have rather odd lighting effects. I'd do the same process with them.
