Why is there such a small ammount of male MMCC

I would 100% agree if you were complaining about the lack of male CAS items in the paid content made by Maxis. But CC creators don't owe anyone anything. They create & share their content for free (granted, I think some have tried to charge for CC, but I'm fairly sure that's not really allowed). CC creators make what they want. If that means making content for female sims, then that's what they make.
