@Kellogg_J_Kellogg I can say with certainty that most of what you have struggled to find IS out there for available CC. I have 3 different turtleneck sweater choices (each with a variety of colors) as well as the cricket/tennis sweater choices in my game. No idea where I downloaded them from though...just something that showed up in my tumblr feed that I liked and downloaded.
I highly recommend using tumblr and following a few good cc aggregator feeds, it's how I find all the stuff I like...seeing as trying to search for specific things is a real nightmare....sooo many results with so few that actually are what you're looking for.
