I agree with you totally, OP. There needs to be more male cc. Better, still, EA needs to be more generous toward the male Sims of all ages. I am the mother of two sons and the grandmother of three boys. Clothes shopping for them was almost always disappointing as there is seriously so little imagination that goes into the clothing for males. Even the jeans in this game are less than what I like. Some of those meant for the female Sims are not even close to my sense of style. I wear jeans, even at my age, but I don't wear faded, holey or what we used to call flood-pants, (too short on the leg so that the ankle shows), either. I refuse to pay more than twenty bucks for a single pair of jeans, so I'm not all into the designer stuff. Admittedly, a few of the 'designer' stuff in this game I do like, but that's a rarity with me.
But unless you know that only females are creating cc, I think you should temper yourself in that regard. As for who plays this game, at one time it was stated this game was the vehicle for more females to get into the gaming world. But, male or female, it doesn't much matter to me. I just enjoy it as a creative outlet for myself.
