Why is University so wanted? Can someone tell me why? I've never played it myself so I'm interested.

Hi guys! I was just wondering, why does everyone seem to want a University Pack so much? I just wanna know about how great the previous university packs were since I didn't get to play them for myself...

honestly sims 3 university stressed me out (because im not that studious *cries*) so I didn't play the actual university that much
what I mostly want is all the hobbies,parties,objects, social interaction, living with npcs etc that come with it
