Why isn't The Real Estate Career or Landowners option not in Sims 4?

I'd also be very interested in a real estate career with interior design, house flipping, real estate investment, rental income and more. I'd also want some ways for it to be difficult such as a seller's vs. buyer's market that changes, houses that need a lot of maintenance (like the CL apartments), old houses needing restoration, new builds and more.

I want a pack in which sims can lose or win large amounts of money. Real estate, gambling, rich sims with good or bad investments, a stock market, this is all missing from the game.
