Why isn't The Real Estate Career or Landowners option not in Sims 4?

It still seems odd that Sims 4 doesn't feature a Real Estate agent (and/or Landowner) career. Considering homes and buildings play such a big role in the franchise. Though It does exist in Sims Freepl...

Well, I can definitely see the Interior Design career also being option, too. Especially, since they sometimes "stage" houses that are up for sale in real life.
