1. House builder
2. Interior designer- Sims 3 easy to be instead of branch maybe later. Not tried stylist, but it didn't look like Sims3.

All those additions you mentioned is what I and so many others have asking for a long time now. In fact, I was just working on a tall apartment build in the game and noticed that the elevator that comes with City Living is limited in it's use. So I had to use the limited stair options which was a little aggravating.
As far as careers, those are all great ideas. I can definitely see being a House flipper as a rewarding and challenging type of career. Especially, if your sim is required to adhere to a budget plan, lol.
