Why isn't The Real Estate Career or Landowners option not in Sims 4?

It still seems odd that Sims 4 doesn't feature a Real Estate agent (and/or Landowner) career. Considering homes and buildings play such a big role in the franchise. Though It does exist in Sims Freepl...

Except those are sort of pre-made one and no other sims get that option. That's why I didn't mention them. But hey, they could be part of a new real estate career option since they are in the game. Btw, always thought it was funny how their name is "Landgraabs" :)
