Why isn't The Real Estate Career or Landowners option not in Sims 4?

It still seems odd that Sims 4 doesn't feature a Real Estate agent (and/or Landowner) career. Considering homes and buildings play such a big role in the franchise. Though It does exist in Sims Freepl...

I just want the option to rent my home like I can rent an apartment. Irl you can rent a home, yes it’s more expensive than an apartment but that’s the point. I want my Sim to work up to owning a home, not doing so right away. Doesn’t make sense to me.
