Why isn't The Real Estate Career or Landowners option not in Sims 4?

It still seems odd that Sims 4 doesn't feature a Real Estate agent (and/or Landowner) career. Considering homes and buildings play such a big role in the franchise. Though It does exist in Sims Freepl...

Idk. Maybe. I guess it depends on what kind of options you had in mind. Aside from Real Estate career, some have mentioned Architect career and there could be an Interior Design career, but what else could be added?
