Why isn't The Real Estate Career or Landowners option not in Sims 4?
It still seems odd that Sims 4 doesn't feature a Real Estate agent (and/or Landowner) career. Considering homes and buildings play such a big role in the franchise. Though It does exist in Sims Freeplay, it's just a rabbit hole. In Sims 4, it can be an interesting part of the game in that players could go to the job like in GTW or GF and have to fix up house (or land), complete tasks, get rated, and advertise in order to meet their salary or job goals. They could also be encouraged to meet a quota for bonuses. Does anyone else think this career could add something interesting to the game? If so, feel free to share your ideas.
