Normally when my sims freeze it's because someone is trying to talk with a child or teenager doing homework, it can freeze the whole household until I cancel the talk action. Lately I am noticing a sim will be stuck with an action I can't cancel, go to sleep, they will stand in front of the bed and do nothing and I cannot cancel the action. I usually have to restart the game for it to be removed.
