@bootsguy are you still playing on that HP laptop DxDiag you posted in tech last year ? If so that laptop does not meet requirements. Seasons in every sims game has always upped the game making it more demanding to a computer . You really need a computer that meets recommended requirements.
@bootsguy @teajaylove sims being unresponsive is a sign of playing on an under-powered computer. If your computer meets recomneded requirements and getting sim freezing , something else may be going on
