There are many issues with sims 4 this is not one of them. Sorry op but without going into too much in my country we have this saying of “breast is best” but I have seen a lot of friends shamed for bottle feeding for reasons I will not go into. It’s a very sensitive subject and I do see the pros for breastfeeding I’ve seen the critical side too. For babies in the game I like the option of both I can see the argument for toddlers but done see it as an issue when there are so many other issues in the game that need fixing.
