Why still no career pack?

I'd like to have more work from home careers. All of my families have toddlers and in order to manage, more often than not I have one parent working and the other one just stays at home jobless. I'd love it if I could give them both work from home jobs, but it would get super boring to reuse the same careers over and over :/
