I noticed it in all the texts I've read, but it's worth noting that I barely read them and it could only be in a few. I glance at them to see what the topic is and that's about it, so I couldn't tell you how much they are affected. The popups are just there to tell me basics I need to know, it wouldn't matter to me if they were even in complete sentences. They could just say "Level 10 achieved" and I'd be happy.
