When you use the MOO cheat, it can cause a lot of routing issues. This can cause an autonomous action to cancel itself because the path is not clear.
I love the MOO builds in the gallery, but man alive do I have to tweak everything so my Sims can actually function. I've since stopped downloading those builds to use because it's way too much hassle. I think one of the reasons Sims 4 objects are so huge is to accommodate the routing. I remember reading a dev statement that if they made dog houses they would have to be huge for the proper routing paths so that's one of the reasons they just made the pet beds. This implicates that pets especially need a lot of routing space.
