Why Won't They Sit And Watch A Movie!?
I have had a movie club going since the Movie pack came out and I am finally over it completely. At max, I can get two of them to sit and watch. The rest stand in front of the sitting sims like a bunc...

No. I just click watch movie together. I shouldn't always have to group them to make them sit. That's just silly.
What's silly is not doing what it takes to achieve the goal you want. It's one extra click, not a big deal.
Except it doesn't work.
My sims don't stay seated for anything if there's more than one of them, not even to eat. They move around every few minutes. The more sims, the worse it is. Group doesn't help a darn thing. They'll just get up again.
