Why YA and Teen cant have romantic interactions?
why is it? or why no between 2 sims than are girlfriends? How to enable it and avoid romance decay?

PD: you said than same sex relationship is only for YA and older, at the case the sims I said, I have/had teen lesbian couple
MCCC has not a specific option than say "same sex relationship for teens"
