- logionX5 years agoLegendI don't dislike the pack. And I don't mind at all that other people like it.
But I haven't bought it yet because I am tired of packs having bugs at release, I am not that much interested in knitting either. - SEREFRAS5 years agoLegendIt was just weird that it came out in the Summer. It's more a Winter game.

Maybe it's to give our sims time to knit their Seasonal Gifts! :D - thegamekitten5 years agoNot applicableMy husband bought for me since I was having a hard time with dialysis. I found it enjoyable for playing an elder character or a solo character... more than other things I have purchased for Sims 4. I got the last expansion and already hate the game play and turned off everything. The knitting pack I actually like more than any other bought pack. Which was a surprise for me. I also do not play with autonomy on ...ever. Throw a cat or two in with a solo Sim (cures the social I need social, I need social... need), perfect addition for crafting and not dealing with other Sims.. (Yes, I solo play my Sim character. Once in a while I will add a toddler).
So.. This is the first pack I actually like (thanks Hubby). - Clousinators5 years agoNot applicableHonestly I just hate on stuff packs in general. EA makes millions and they want too charge $20 for a small pack of a few items to play with. I feel that most of the packs are usually over priced (they have been offering sales but still). I would love to play with all of them just for the expanded options during gameplay. But if I am going to spend $20 I want more than just the limited items that usually come in "stuff packs"
- ChadSims25 years agoSeasoned RookieI think its because they had no interest in this theme in the first place or wanted the boring what was it Grim Reaper career to win. For me this is the first well thought out pack that feels complete besides not offering enough children options to knit.
- pepperjax12305 years agoSeasoned AceLike I said I don’t hate it but I am finding it’s boring I mean there are only so many times you can every family knit. I bought it for Plopsy. But I am at the point that I’m extremely bored of the game until they add something that engages me I will stick to playing Ooblets.
- RouenSims5 years agoSeasoned AceI finally had a Sim sit in a rocking chair and knit. It went as expected, no glitches or anything. I like this pack. Knitting is not exactly my top choice for an activity, but I think this pack is well worth the money.

I'm kinda neutral on the pack. I like Plopsy....as my Sim is making tons of money on floral arrangements and other craftables. Knitting, I like that kids can knit, but kids can't use Plopsy so this stuff just sits in their inventory, which I dont' like. I usually have them gift things to their friends.
My main grievance & biggest annoyance with the pack is that my Sim will stop doing any action I have queued up for them to knit. It's absolutely ridiculous - my Sim could be in the middle of cooking, & leave food on the stove to go knit.
Mine just did that last night! First time I've seen that; usually it's whatever I need her to work on with the computer like fill out reports (she's in the Business career) or write a novel. But she's a Creative Sim so I'm not sure if that has an impact. I've had to drag the basket out of her inventory for a time so she'll get her work done. And the rocking chair is a Sim magnet. :o - justme225 years agoNot applicable

I do like the pack and really like Plopsy because as others have stated you can sell your other made items. I like adding a little bit of whimsy to certain sims and the knitting is helping my sim in college to chill out. Plus she makes money to pay for tuition.
I like that -- I should probably have my teen Sim save some of her paintings to list when she heads off to university (she's almost an A student, but I kind of want her to be really close to finishing her Painting aspiration so maybe she'll get a Fine Arts scholarship).
