Will butlers do laundry?

I love the idea of butlers and having them around. But in the end I feel like I'm criticising them a lot on their cleaning and not finding them cleaning that great. Also, they keep on sneaking into the bedroom and sit in a chair while watching my Sims sleep.. That's just creepy.
