Absolutely! I did just turn off the NAPs for Eco, and it didn't seem to help, but it does feel like that pack might be interfering somehow. I do have some CC in the game, but didn't start noticing this happening until after installing Werewolves. The overall sudden abundance of flirting between sims seems to be behaving like it does with the "free love" NAP, and not just limited to werewolves. But that interference could be what's causing the instant wolf mate pairing via other sims flirting with my werewolves. o/
