Will Life and Death EP be Discounted at 50% on Oct. 31st Onward?

Currently Life and Death EP is still at 38% off during a sale. I read from reddit that EPs only become discounted at 50% after a year and Life and Death EP will have been out for a year on Oct. 3...

Packs are not always discounted 50% off one year after release.  As HollownessDevour​ stated, Life & Death might get a 50% discount for a Black Friday or Winter/Holiday sale.  But, there is no chance that its price will be reduced to 50% off this month, when there is already an active sale going on.
