Will Sims brake up if they catch their partner cheating?

So I have not tested this yet. In past games if you came home and caught your partner in bed with the maid your sim would freak and kick them out. Dose that happen in Sims 4? I feel like it dose no...

I've a question in a similar vein to the OP's. I've heard people here on the forums refer to having their sim in S4 confess an affair. Is this an option on the dialogue wheel, or just something that has to be imagined as happening? Because I've never seen it as an option.
