Will Sims brake up if they catch their partner cheating?

I've tried "pushing the issue" to see what would happen and unfortunately I just get the usual angry moodlet and a small hit on the relationship bars. I do wish these reactions to wayward spouses and SOs would be tweaked better. I wish there were repercussions and consequences for these actions. The jealous trait is the only one that has any reaction in my game but they react to any social interaction so it can be bothersome in group settings.
