Will the rats, roaches, and leaking pipes ever stop? (Resolved w/Mod! Updated Orig Post.)

@blunote00 You cannot remove that trait in that apartment, but what you could do, is to even it out, with the Gnomes trait: "While Sims are sleeping, gnomes may appear late at night to fix any broken objects" :)
