Will the rats, roaches, and leaking pipes ever stop? (Resolved w/Mod! Updated Orig Post.)

UGH YES. Is that why you put that little dining area between the bedroom and the wall to their apartment? :D Does that help your sim sleep at night without their yelling at each other waking her up?


I don't think it would. Even moving across the hall didn't help with those neighbors. I hate them too.
