True, though I also know irl districts in cities that were once very classy, then over the years pauperized, after which they were successfully reinstated and turned into trendy neighbourhoods. I'd like it if it were possible to upgrade apartments (which would have to take more than just decorating of course).
I have a set of neighbors that are nasty like the ones in the game. Idk how many times I've had to pick up trash that's somehow ended up on "my" balcony. I moved into a a really nice 3 bdrm/2 bath apartment-condo about three years ago in order to downsize. I have about eight more years to go before I can retire and I didn't want to be dealing with a house. I plan on moving to a beach no where close to anything resembling snow. :wink:
