Will the rats, roaches, and leaking pipes ever stop? (Resolved w/Mod! Updated Orig Post.)

annoyingly you cannot kill off the rats and fill in the holes , the holes are there permanently and then you have to use a cheat to put objects where the holes are and still they appear through your objects .
