Then you could build other apartments downstairs - and move in who ever you liked. (Just lock the doors separately).

I've lived in a parisian looking apartment complex for the last month in TS - with 8 teenagers in separate apartments - doors locked for all other inhabitants but themselves in each apartment - and not a single mouse or bug has been seen. Great fun. All I have to do, is to place the basket in the backyard.
Locked traits has to be solved sooooon.
Unfortunately that seems like too much work. Thought I could save the entire apartment but they have restrictions on for that. I was able to save two rooms so I will see what happens with those later, but I'm not feeling optimistic about it.
Yeah they need to get the trait issue resolved like yesterday. It's a problem! :(
