@blunote00 I think with the gnomes fixing and either a high handiness skill or simply calling the reapairman, can make living there sort of bearable. I like the apartment in general and the idea of it being a bit rough :) But I have to admit, that it is also getting sort repetitive after a while, handling rats etc. Oh and so far I have noticed besides ordinary things that breakes: 2 ratholes 1 insect place, waterplumming leaks, odor near the window towards the balcony and the major electric (dont remember what it is called) breake.
@Marnetti :D They appear at night, when your sleeping... ;) I havent seen them in person, cause it happens pretty fast in the night. But you get a notification, that they have been there.
