Will the rats, roaches, and leaking pipes ever stop? (Resolved w/Mod! Updated Orig Post.)

The apartment looks fantastic , you got a lot of living going on in a small space. I also redid that apartment before realizing what needs TLC stands for in this apartment.
When my sim called the landlord because of the fusebox the landlord got electrocuted and died. Leaving my sim so sad she couldn't do her job.
Probably going to come back and haunt me now.
