Wow that is just crazy about the landlord. I always wonder about mine. I know my sim's handiness (maxed) is higher than hers. That's why I never call her unless my sim has it pop-up for aspiration points. Problem is "if" I call her I have to unlock the door then I can never get the heifer to leave. You'd think if it was set to employee access the landlord would be able to get in... :|
I feel so bad for these sims I went and found the other TLC apartments and fixed them up whether they were empty or not. Here's a picture of the apartment for Salim Benali (the writer). He's much happier now since I played him for a bit in his 1 bdrm/1 bath rat and roach trap. :D
