I just wanted to add that I did go ahead and save my game to test whether the deletions would stay gone. I deleted one mouse hole and it stayed gone when I reloaded my game! :)
I figured that little TLC apartment in Medina Studios had quite a lot wrong with it for being in an otherwise pretty nice building, so I thought it could stand to lose one mouse hole.
OMG!!! Thank you for posting this. I've had to get an Origin update, back up my game files, get the mod, clear cache files, etc... Placed the mod, removed the objects and restarted the game again, they did stay gone. Back to playing my game how
"I" want to play it.
