@blunote00 re: your edit to your original post. The roaches are a separate object, btw. The spawner is invisible, so you won't be able to delete them until they've spawned once and you can see the roaches. I wrote about the roaches

The rat pee, I haven't seen that in my own game yet. Is it called specifically rat pee? Not mouse pee? I didn't find any additional spawners in the debug files (but I searched for mouse pee, not rat pee, lol!), so I assumed it was tied to the mouse hole as a further state of severity. Does the pee spawn near where the mouse hole was? But if it's not tied to the mouse hole, it's probably on another invisible spawner where you should be able to delete it after it spawns.
