Will the rats, roaches, and leaking pipes ever stop? (Resolved w/Mod! Updated Orig Post.)

The reason I'm asking is because I didn't realize they were there until after I totally remodeled that fixer upper "the TLC" apartment. I like what I did and I don't want to move. I spent all day remo...

Those objects (mice/rat odor and roaches) did spawn again.

I was able to remove both with the mod. I think the apartment is now free of all those items. However, I will have to continue playing to know for sure.
