Just now getting around to moving a sim into that apartment. I took it upon myself to remove the chalk body outline from under the rug.
Most sims don't want to see one of these under the rug. :#

Awesome! Did it actually take the smell away? I've only got one sim "working", and the other is a teen who goes to school but works on skill building when able. They were promised to each other when they were both teens, and I am gradually improving the apartment as funds improve. I turned the second bedroom into a teeny garden for now so that they can make some money from the sale of veggies and have better meals.
