Will the rats, roaches, and leaking pipes ever stop? (Resolved w/Mod! Updated Orig Post.)

well at least we have a semi-work around now. Not perfect, but better than nothing until we can remove it. For me it'll definitely be the rat holes just way too many routing issues which limits the layout of my apartments which I don't like lol.
