My sim liked the apartment she picked as the rent is only $450/mo. It was the right size (not too big/small), and was located in the area I wanted. Here neighbors were okay at first then became very annoying. I suspect that would have happened anywhere "if" she decided to move.
I hope your sims find a more suitable apartment. ;)
Yeah, they need a new apartment anyway. They are using the second bedroom as a garden space. I'm hoping they can afford an apartment with rooftop access very soon.
