I did not make the mod. It was an existing mod that works to remove the objects. So all those TLC apartments can be a normal apartments without all the mice/rats holes, roaches, smelly pee odors, goo drains, leaking pipes, and electrical box. I updated my original post with the link to the post @pixiejuice made that provides the link to the (EnableDebugCheats) mod that was updated on MTS. :)

I replaced the mod yesterday after starting the Moving up challenge, fell in love with one of the cheaper apartments with the balcony, I think its in the fashion district but the mice are horrid things. so I put in the mod. but the mice and roaches still came. and I restarted my game and computer. I'll try again later today and if there still there I'll reinstall it.
