Will the rats, roaches, and leaking pipes ever stop? (Resolved w/Mod! Updated Orig Post.)

MC Command Center mod shouldn't have caused that to happen. It may have been a result of you removing the mouse holes. When you start a new game, and keep the mod in, the apartment should be back to how it perviously was, but will have the mouse holes unless you try to remove them again.
