I did not make the mod. It was an existing mod that works to remove the objects. So all those TLC apartments can be a normal apartments without all the mice/rats holes, roaches, smelly pee odors, goo drains, leaking pipes, and electrical box. I updated my original post with the link to the post @pixiejuice made that provides the link to the (EnableDebugCheats) mod that was updated on MTS. :)

However, I'm not sure what I can do to help you with your issue since you've used a different mod. Unfortunately, with this new series of the game I'm not very active when it comes to Mods & 3rd Party CC.
