I agree w/those of you who do not appreciate not having control over whether the apartments have mice holes, cockroaches, dripping pipes and electrical box issues. I was so happy when the MC Command Center mod provided a way to totally obliterate all these ridiculous nuisances from our sims apartments.
If it weren't for our modding community, this game would not be playable for me. Now where have we heard that before? My Sims 3 game was heavily modded too in order to make it fun and functional. It's sad when a game developer takes the money from a game's fan base and spends it developing new generations of the game according to ITS vision instead of the loyal consumers.
