Will you buy the Horse Ranch EP?

I don't like the fact that they split off horses and small pets from what we had in the Sims 3 Pets and charged us more than double for it when you include My First Pet. I am at the point where I don't think I will buy anything else for this game until the series is done and get can them all on sale.

There are so many games coming out, including Life By You on early release.
I could easily take a prolonged Sims 4 break and snap up bargains later.
